The Montgomery Zoo and Mann Wildlife Learning Museum are open year round, seven days per week with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. The Zoo and Museum opens daily at 9:00am and closes at 5:30pm. The last admission tickets are sold and major animal exhibits begin closing at 4:30pm.

Rides and attractions
All rides and attractions are open daily 10am-4pm, pending weather. Pedal boat rides are seasonal. Please call ahead prior to your visit for additional information: (334) 240-4900.
Parakeet Cove: Entry is FREE. Feed sticks are $2 per stick.
Giraffe Encounter Post: $2 per person, guests 2 years and younger are FREE. All guests entering the encounter must pay an admission fee.
Train ride: $3 per person, riders 2 years and younger are FREE.
Zoofari Skylift Ride: $4 per person. All riders must be at least 32 inches tall to ride with an adult. Riders must be at least 42 inches to ride alone.
Horse Trail Ride: $5 per person, riders must be at least 42 inches tall.
Pedal Boat Ride: $8 for the first rider, $10 for 2 riders, $12 for 3 riders and $14 for 4 riders. All riders must be at least 40 inches tall to ride. Max of 4 people per boat. 30 minute max ride time.
Stroller and wheelchair rentals
All stroller and wheelchair rentals are based on a first-come, first serve basis. Strollers and wheelchairs may not be reserved.
Wheelchair rentals: The Montgomery Zoo is handicap accessible. In addition, wheelchairs are available for rental at the Zoofari Gift Shop on a first come, first serve basis. Please see someone at the admissions window inside the gift shop for assistance.
Wheelchair rentals are available: $8 for a Manual Wheelchair, $20 for an Electric Wheelchair.
Rental Deposits: A $5.00 deposit is required for each rental. The deposit only will be returned once the wheelchair is returned to the Gift Shop.
Stroller rentals: Stroller rentals are available at the Zoofari Gift Shop. Strollers are available on a first come, first serve basis. Single stroller rentals are $7.00 and double strollers are $8.00.
Stroller Rental Deposits: A $5.00 deposit is required for each rental. The deposit only will be returned once the stroller is returned to the Gift Shop.
